ASCO551係列2位5通電磁閥應用於(yu) 立采暖係統、集中供熱係統、采暖鍋 爐、中央空調、地板采暖及太陽能采暖係統等管道排氣。因為(wei) 水中通常都溶有定的空氣，而且空氣的溶解度隨著溫度的升高而減少，這樣水在循環的過程中氣體(ti) 逐漸從(cong) 水中分離出來，並逐漸聚在起形成大的氣泡甚至氣柱，因為(wei) 有水的補充，所以經常有氣體(ti) 產(chan) 生。工作原理：排氣狀態時，浮筒由於(yu) 重力作用，將杠杆的端向下拉下，這時杠杆處於(yu) 傾(qing) 斜狀態，在杠杆與(yu) 排氣孔接觸部分出現空隙，空氣就通過此空隙由排氣孔排出，隨著空氣的排出，水位上升，浮筒在水的浮力作用下向上浮起，杠杆上的密封端麵逐漸壓上排氣孔，直至整個(ge) 排氣孔被*堵住。排氣閥這時就*處於(yu) 封閉狀態。排氣閥的優(you) 點：排氣閥的浮筒采用密度的PPR和複合材料材料，此材料即使長時間在高溫水的浸泡下也不會(hui) 產(chan) 生變形。不會(hui) 造成浮筒活動困難。浮筒杠杆采用硬質塑料，杠杆與(yu) 浮筒和支座之間的聯接都采用活動聯接，故不會(hui) 在長期運行時產(chan) 生鏽蝕，導致係統不能工作而發生漏水。
